I specialize in counseling teenagers and adults dealing with life issues to gain balance and live a productive life.

I am a board certified licensed professional counselor with years of experience as a counselor. I have worked with adolescents, young adults and adults to help unravel their inner strengths. I use different approaches in my counseling practice like CBT, Adlerian and other approaches as appropriate.
